Happy new year !

I was definitely not planning to write another New Year’s resolutions post, but the fact that yesterday I read the one I wrote for 2019, completely changed my mind.

Somehow, the fact that I made a list about my aspirations for 2019 made me more conscious and gave me a purpose.

Writing down a note of random ideas that matter to you, does at least 2 great things for you:

  1. Makes you aware of who you are and what are your thoughts at that moment in time.
  2. Helps you keep an order between the things you want to achieve.

I am so happy and motivated by the fact that many points from my last year ”19 for 2019” blog post are accomplished, that I decided to do a new list this year but this time with 20 points on it.

  1. Invest in my career
  2. Help a person in need
  3. Enjoy a walk in Montreal with my parents
  4. Cook more healthy meals
  5. Do even more sport than in 2019
  6. Spend more time with my husband
  7. Read more
  8. Be present and involved in our lives
  9. Disconnect from social media from time to time
  10. Attend some cool concerts
  11. Travel to a very warm place in winter
  12. Walk more
  13. Be calm in all the situations
  14. Meditate more often
  15. Take good care of my skin
  16. Let my hair grow ( maybe 😀 )
  17. Do something new every month
  18. Try to live without fears
  19. Get a pet
  20. Laugh and be happy
